NG Mobility is arranging the applicable labelling pathway for eligible Queensland customers. The EPAC Assurance Scheme requires eligible legacy bikes manufactured before 1 July 2026 to pass an authorised verifier’s assessment. A successful assessment provides a Legacy EPAC label, not EN 15194 certification. The transition ends 28 February 2027, with a compliance label required for public use from 1 March 2027. Confirm your bike’s eligibility and arrangements before ordering. Official Queensland guidance.

Delivery from NG Mobility

Optional paid ReadyRide fully assembled delivery is available to eligible addresses.
