Are your electric bikes road legal in Australia?

Our 250W DiroDi Rover models are EN 15194 / EPAC certified and road legal in every Australian state — 250W continuous, pedal-assist to 25 km/h, throttle limited to 6 km/h, no registration required. Higher-powered 1000W models are for off-road use. E-bike rules can vary by state, so check your local regulations.

Do I need a licence or registration?

No — a road-legal 250W e-bike doesn't require a licence, registration or CTP insurance when ridden in line with your state's road rules.

The DiroDi Rover range offers up to 120km of range in pedal-assist on flat terrain from its 48V 20Ah battery, depending on rider weight, terrain and assist level.

How are they delivered and assembled?
