Every product you buy from NG Mobility comes with statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law — it must be of acceptable quality, safe, durable and fit for purpose. On top of that, we give you the following free extra warranties:

- Can’t fix it in-house? We send you to the nearest authorised workshop — we pay every cost.
- Most parts in stock → express shipping or same-day service.
- Every claim resolved within 7 business days.
How to claim
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Serial number (on frame or battery)
- Photo or 30-sec video of the issue
- Short description of what happened

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you can choose refund or replacement. For minor failures we repair or replace free of charge.
