You have 30 days from the delivery date of your bicycle or scooter to request a full refund. Feel free to try it out for up to 10 days, and if it doesn't excite you, you're welcome to return it as per our refund policy. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. NGMobility provides the option to test products in-store. Simply complete a form at our location and provide your ID or Driver's license.

In a general sense, the warranty spans 2 years for the frame of our bicycles or Scooters. Additionally, components such as batteries, tyres, and brakes are protected for a 6-month duration.
