How often do new products get added to this page?

We add new stock regularly as we source products from our global network. This page is the first place to check if you want to see what's just landed, before it filters into its dedicated collection in the main navigation.

Do new arrivals come with the same warranty and returns?

Yes. Every product we sell carries the same warranty and returns policy regardless of how recently it arrived. Warranties are one to two years depending on the brand, and returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened items.

Can I be notified when new products arrive?

Subscribe to the NG Mobility newsletter to stay across new arrivals and restocked favourites. You'll get updates without having to check back manually, and sometimes early access to promotions on newly landed products.

Are new arrivals ever part of a rebate or promotion?

Sometimes. While the QLD e-mobility rebate is currently closed, we do run our own launch deals and promotions. These will be flagged on the product page or announced in our newsletter, so keep an eye on both to catch them early.

Is delivery the same for new arrivals?

Delivery conditions are consistent across the store. Free shipping applies on orders over $150, and e-bikes and scooters are limited to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, or within 150 km of Brisbane. UNIT 1 and Often Outdoors ship nationally.
