NG Mobility offers test rides of e-bikes, conventional bikes, and e-scooters. Test rides can be booked online or arranged at our West End store, subject to availability. By booking a test ride you agree to the conditions below. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@ngmobility.com.au or speak with our staff in store.
Conditions
- You must be 18 years of age or older to test ride our products.
- You must provide acceptable photo identification showing a permanent address, which we hold for the duration of the ride. Identification is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and returned to you at the end of the test ride.
- You confirm that you are competent to ride the test vehicle safely, will observe safe riding practices, and will obey all applicable laws, including wearing an approved bicycle helmet.
- You confirm that you are in good health and will ride within your personal capabilities. If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to ride safely, you should not take a test ride.
- You accept liability for injury or damage caused to yourself, third parties, or property arising from your riding of the test vehicle, and you indemnify NG Mobility Pty Limited against any liability, claim, damage, or loss arising directly or indirectly from the test ride, in accordance with the rider responsibility clause in our Terms and Conditions.
- You must take reasonable care of the test vehicle and equipment at all times and accept liability for the full cost of any loss or damage occurring during the test ride.
- We maintain our test vehicles to a high standard but are not responsible for faults that arise during a test ride. If you become aware of a fault, stop riding immediately and return the vehicle to the store.
