What bikes do you sell?

We sell both electric bikes and conventional bicycles. Our e-bike range includes DiroDi, Honbike, and fat tyre models, and we also stock YERKA conventional bikes. If you're deciding between electric and non-electric, this collection is a good starting point.

What's the difference between the electric and conventional bikes you sell?

E-bikes have a motor and battery that provide pedal assist, which helps on hills and longer distances without wearing you out. Conventional bikes like YERKA are lighter, simpler to maintain, and need no charging. The right pick depends on how and where you ride.

Do your bikes ship Australia-wide?

E-bikes and scooters ship to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, or within 150 km of Brisbane. Conventional bikes may have broader availability. Check each product listing for delivery details, and note that UNIT 1 and Often Outdoors products ship nationally.

Can I test ride a bike before buying?

Yes. We offer test rides from our Brisbane store at 232 Montague Rd, West End. If you want to try a specific model before you commit, book a test ride online or call ahead to confirm what's available.

What's your return policy on bikes?

We offer 30-day returns on unused bikes in original packaging. For DiroDi e-bikes, ReadyRide assembly is available in QLD, NSW, ACT, and VIC if you want your bike delivered fully set up and ready to go.
