When your DiroDi Rover arrives via ReadyRide, it's fully assembled, safety-tested, and ready to ride the moment we hand it over — no tools, no YouTube tutorials, no assembly anxiety. This is NG Mobility's signature delivery service and one of the only white-glove e-bike delivery options available in Australia.

Why ReadyRide Exists
We built ReadyRide because we kept hearing the same story: someone buys an e-bike online, it arrives in a flat-pack box, they spend 3 hours assembling it, something doesn't sit right, they're not sure if it's safe, and the enjoyment of owning a new bike is replaced by frustration and doubt.
An e-bike is a vehicle. It has hydraulic brakes, a motor, a battery, and components that need to be properly installed and adjusted. A bike assembled incorrectly can be unsafe. ReadyRide removes that risk entirely.
It's also why we can offer what other online retailers can't: a bike that arrives the way it would if you'd walked into our Brisbane showroom and ridden it home.

How to Order ReadyRide
- Add your DiroDi Rover to cart
- At checkout, select ReadyRide Delivery as your shipping option
- Enter your delivery address and preferred delivery window
- Tell us your height in the order notes so we can pre-adjust your seat and handlebars
- We'll confirm your delivery window via email within 24 hours of dispatch
ReadyRide Availability
ReadyRide is currently available for all DiroDi Rover models delivered to QLD, NSW, ACT, and VIC. Not available for HX Scooters (Brisbane in-store only) or other accessories.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still assemble the bike myself if I choose ReadyRide?
ReadyRide bikes arrive fully assembled — there's nothing left for you to do. If you prefer to assemble the bike yourself and save the ReadyRide fee, choose our free Standard Delivery option instead (available for QLD, NSW, and ACT).
What if something is damaged during ReadyRide delivery?
All ReadyRide deliveries are insured in transit. If your bike arrives with any damage caused during shipping, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Does ReadyRide delivery include setup at my home?
ReadyRide delivers a fully assembled and adjusted bike to your door. The driver will bring it inside if requested. We don't offer in-home setup sessions, but the bike is ready to ride the moment it arrives.
Is ReadyRide available outside QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC?
Currently ReadyRide is available in QLD, NSW, ACT, and VIC only. If you're in SA, WA, TAS, or NT, contact us to discuss your options — we may be able to arrange delivery to a freight depot near you.
How is ReadyRide different from other assembled delivery services?
Most "assembled delivery" claims from online retailers mean the bike is mostly assembled from the factory — you still attach handlebars and pedals. ReadyRide means the bike is fully built, adjusted, and safety-inspected by our team before it leaves our Brisbane warehouse. It arrives the way it would if you'd picked it up from our showroom.
