NG Mobility is the authorised Australian dealer for DiroDi electric bikes, UNIT 1 smart safety helmets, HX electric scooters, and Often Outdoors outdoor equipment. We also stock Ookkie learner skateboards and Micro scooters.

Where is NG Mobility located?

Our showroom and service centre is at 232 Montague Road, West End, Brisbane QLD 4101. Open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Test rides available for all e-bikes in stock.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

We ship to all states for most products, with free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150. HX scooters are Brisbane in-store only. For DiroDi e-bikes, ReadyRide white-glove delivery (fully assembled to your door) is available in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA — see the ReadyRide page for costs.

Do you offer Afterpay or Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on eligible purchases, letting you spread the cost over four fortnightly payments, interest-free.

Are DiroDi electric bikes road-legal in Australia?

Yes. The DiroDi Rover 250W models are EN 15194 certified and fully road-legal on public roads and shared paths in all Australian states. No licence or registration is required — they're classified as standard e-bikes (pedelecs).

Really impressed with NG Mobility. The service was exceptional from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right product.

They even questioned the helmet model I had chosen and checked that it was actually what I wanted — which it turned out it wasn’t! I really appreciated them taking the time to make sure I got the right thing rather than just processing the order.

Everything was sorted quickly and my order arrived in just four days. Fantastic customer service — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NG Mobility and will definitely use them again.

Five stars.

I now have three Unit1 products (helmet, remote, smart lights)) and the Smart Light Pro Dual sits comfortably alongside the rest. Well designed, solidly built, and it does exactly what I bought it for. I did need one part replaced a few months in, which NG Mobility sorted quickly and without any hassle at all. Not something that's put me off in the slightest, and worth saying that the support behind the product is as good as the product itself.

Happy to recommend it.

Bought a Unit1 Smart Light through NG Mobility and needed a small part replaced a few months later. David handled it quickly and without any fuss: clear communication, no hoops to jump through, and the replacement arrived promptly and works perfectly.

I was very happy with how it was handled. I've already bought three Unit1 products from them and I'll keep buying from them. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Received in good Time and condition , as documented seems to be a good product, but had concern about the Photochromic visor not changing Colour but with longer time in the Sun it seems to work and darkened
