Every DiroDi e-bike purchased from NG Mobility includes two years of complimentary servicing at our Brisbane workshop, with unlimited visits during the program period.
What is included
- Full safety check and bolt torque inspection
- Brake adjustment and pad inspection
- Chain lubrication and drivetrain tune
- Tyre pressure check and wheel truing
- Motor and battery health report
- Firmware updates

Interstate customers
If you are unable to visit our Brisbane workshop, we provide remote support by video call and send required parts by express post at no charge for you to fit.
Program conditions
The program applies to DiroDi e-bikes purchased from NG Mobility and covers scheduled servicing of the items listed above. Repairs arising from accident damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification are not included. The benefits of this program are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and our Warranty Policy.
