Cancelling an order before dispatch
You may cancel an order before dispatch by emailing contact@ngmobility.com.au with your order number. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Deposits and payment arrangements
- Seven-day deposit holds ($100 to $500) are non-refundable 48 hours after payment unless the order is cancelled in writing within that period, we are unable to fulfil the order, or a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law applies.
- The ReadyRide $100 credit is non-refundable once used.
- For recurring or deferred payment arrangements, you authorise us to charge the remaining balance before delivery. You may cancel future charges at any time by written notice.
Returns after delivery
Returns after delivery are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, including the 30-day change-of-mind period and your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
