30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

30 days from delivery to return any unused, unopened product in original sealed packaging.

Verify on Arrival

Open the box and confirm you received the correct item. Once opened or tested, returns are not accepted (please make sure you received what you ordered). This keeps things fair for everyone.

Deposits & ReadyRide

• 7-Day Deposit Hold ($100–$500) — non-refundable after 48 hrs unless cancelled in writing.
• ReadyRide $100 credit — non-refundable once used.
• Recurring or deferred payments — you authorise us to charge the remaining balance before delivery. Cancel anytime in writing; we’ll stop future charges.

How to Cancel or Return

1. Email contact@ngmobility.com.au with your order number
2. We send an RMA number within 24 hrs
3. Pack securely + write RMA on box
4. Return via tracked post — you pay shipping
5. Refund issued in 10 business days

Refunds

Full refund to original payment method. Original shipping non-refundable.

Your ACL Rights (Nothing Changes)

For major failures you can choose refund or replacement. For minor failures we repair or replace free. Deposits non-refundable after 48 hrs unless cancelled in writing.
