What does the satisfaction guarantee entail?
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your JIVR Scooter by HX, to request a full refund. Feel free to try it out for up to 10 days, and if it doesn't excite you, you're welcome to return it as per our refund policy. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. What material is the Scooter made of?
The frame is made of a Chromoly alloy and parts of Aluminium.
This combination allows us to achieve superior strength at a very low weight.
Thanks to this, the JIVR model range scooters are lighter than an equivalent Scooters without compromising its resistance and security.
What is the duration of the warranty for the Scooter?
The warranty period for the JIVR Scooter by HX is 2 years, while the wheels, battery and brakes are covered for 6 months.
