What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Full refund if unused. Customer pays return shipping. Clearance products may have modified return conditions. See full policy.

How does the 7-day deposit hold work?
Pay $100–$500 online to reserve your bike. The remaining balance can be paid within 7 days.
Are eBikes road-legal?
All DiroDi and HONBIKE models comply with Australian 250 W / 25 km/h pedal-assist regulations. Higher power modes (where applicable) are for off-road use only.
What if I crash — is warranty void?
Crash damage is not covered under warranty. We can repair at cost and assist with insurance documentation if required.
