When does the EOFY sale run?

Our EOFY Mega Sale runs through the month of June and ends on June 30. Discounts apply to selected products including DiroDi e-bikes, YERKA bikes, and HX scooters. Stock is limited during the sale, so it's worth buying early rather than waiting to see if something sells out.

Are EOFY sale items still covered by warranty?

Yes. Warranty applies to all products regardless of whether they're purchased at full price or during the sale. DiroDi e-bikes carry a two-year warranty, and other brands typically offer one to two years depending on the product.

Can I return an EOFY sale item?

Our 30-day return policy applies to sale items as long as the product is unused and in original packaging. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also remain intact regardless of the sale price you paid.

Does ReadyRide assembly still apply for EOFY e-bike purchases?

Yes. ReadyRide is still available for eligible DiroDi purchases in QLD, NSW, ACT, and VIC during the EOFY sale. Add it at checkout if you want your bike delivered fully assembled and ready to ride.

Will EOFY sale prices return after the sale closes?

EOFY discounts are time-limited and the pricing typically doesn't come back after the sale ends on June 30. We won't always give advance notice before items sell out, so if you're weighing something up, locking it in during the sale is the safer move.
