Start with your commute distance and route. The HX range covers models with different power, range, and tyre options. Most commuters find the X8 or X9 a solid middle ground, but if you tell us your distance and terrain we can narrow it down.
Are HX scooters road legal in Australia? ⌄
Electric scooter laws vary by state and are still evolving. Before buying, check the current rules in your state and look at the model's speed and power limits on the product page to see whether it fits within your local requirements.
Do HX scooters fold for storage? ⌄
Yes, folding is a key feature of the HX range. They pack away easily in a car boot, under a desk, or in a hallway, which is one of the main reasons commuters choose them over bulkier options.
What's the delivery area for HX scooters? ⌄
HX scooter delivery is available in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, and within 150 km of Brisbane. If you're outside that area, get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can get one to you.
Is there a warranty on HX scooters? ⌄
Warranty cover is one to two years depending on the model. We also stock spare parts for HX X7, X8, and X9 models, so you've got backup if something needs replacing down the track.
