What is the difference between the DiroDi Rover Pro and DiroDi Rover Plus?
The DiroDi Rover features dual suspension, while the DiroDi Rover Plus Gen 6 has front suspension forks. The Rover Pro includes a storage compartment under the seat and an integrated cable lock in the front section. Both bikes have similar dimensions, with identical height.
Do I need a full suspension eBike?
Whether you need a dual suspension eBike depends largely on the type of riding you'll be doing. Full suspension can be very beneficial if you plan to ride on rough terrain, such as gravel paths, trails, or over obstacles, as it improves comfort and control by absorbing shocks and bumps. They can also reduce rider fatigue and maintain better traction by keeping the front wheel grounded. However, if you're primarily riding on smooth, paved roads, the Rover and Rover Plus might suffice. They provide a more direct transfer of power and are lighter, making for an efficient and responsive ride. Moreover, the correct tyre pressure is also crucial. Fat tyres that are correctly inflated can act as a natural suspension system. For the DiroDi Rover, it is recommended to maintain the tyre pressure at or below 25 PSI. At this pressure, the fat tyres can somewhat absorb the roughness of uneven terrains, and thus provide a smoother and more comfortable ride.
Are DiroDi e-Bikes Water proof? Can I wash my bike and ride in the rain?
DiroDi e-Bikes are water-resistant but not submersible. Avoid using pressure hoses or jet power washers when cleaning.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We are confident in the quality of our DiroDi eBikes and offer a straightforward return policy. If you change your mind within 10 days of receiving your item, you can return it to NG Mobility’s store at 232 Montague Rd., West End, Qld 4101, for a full refund, provided it remains in new condition. Please refer to our refund policy for details.
What are the warranty terms?
We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults on e-bike frames and a 1-year warranty on electronic and all other parts.
What if my DiroDi Rover needs repairing?
Although it's rare, if you notice any issues with your bike, please get the bike repaired at our Brisbane Store in West End. Always contact us (contact@ngmobility.com.au) before making a decision. Our customer support team will help you get your bike back on the adventure ASAP.
