Australia's home of wearable airbag protection for cyclists. A cycling airbag backpack monitors your movement hundreds of times per second and inflates in a fraction of a second when it detects a fall — helping protect your neck, shoulders, collarbones, chest and upper back: the areas involved in most cycling injuries, and the ones your helmet doesn't cover.
Our range is led by MASE AIRDING, engineered and made in Germany by Minerva Airbag Systems. Unlike single-use airbag vests, every AIRDING is reusable — after a deployment, refold the airbag, fit a new inflator cartridge and you're riding again. USB-C rechargeable with 25–30 hours of riding per charge.
Do I still need a helmet? Yes — always. Australian law requires cyclists to wear an approved bicycle helmet at all times. An airbag backpack is supplementary protection worn together with your helmet; it is not a helmet and does not replace one.
