About Our Off-Road eBikes
1000W Off-Road Electric Bikes — Built for the Trail, Not the Traffic
For riders who want power and adventure over commuting compliance, the DiroDi Rover 1000W range is built to go where road rules don't — bush tracks, farm trails, private property and off-road parks. Fat tyres, strong torque and a long-range battery make these the most capable recreational e-bikes in the DiroDi line-up, with up to 120km of range and a 150kg payload so you can take a passenger or a full day's gear off the beaten track.
Why a 1000W off-road e-bike
- Serious 1000W power for hills, sand and rough terrain a 250W bike simply can't handle.
- Fat tyres and suspension for control and comfort on loose, uneven ground.
- Up to 120km range in pedal-assist on flat terrain (40–80km on hilly terrain).
- 150kg payload — 2-person rated on the Rover Pro 1000W; carry a passenger or gear.
- Reaches 50 km/h when unlocked for off-road use.
- ReadyRide delivery — the only fully-assembled e-bike delivery service in Australia: arrives ready to ride, no assembly required.
- Backed by Brisbane-based support and warranty.
Where you can ride it
A 1000W e-bike is completely legal to buy and own in Australia. It's just not classed as a road-legal "bicycle" (that's the 250W / 25 km/h category), so it's built for off-road and private-property use — bush tracks, farms, private land and designated off-road areas, not public roads or bike paths. No registration or licence is required on private land. Need something for the street and bike paths? See our 250W Road-Legal range or browse all fat tyre electric bikes.
