What if there's a problem with my DiroDi after I buy it?
Contact us directly — phone, email, or walk into our Brisbane showroom. We'll assess the issue, advise on the fastest resolution path, and submit any warranty claims on your behalf. You won't be directed to fill out online forms and wait weeks for a response.
Can I pick up from a Brisbane location?
Yes. We have a Brisbane showroom where you can collect your ReadyRide assembled bike, have it fitted to your height, and get a full handover including our wet-weather care briefing and basic maintenance walkthrough.
Do you offer Afterpay or buy-now-pay-later?
Yes. We offer flexible payment options including Afterpay so you can spread the cost of your DiroDi across instalments. Ask us about current options at checkout or in-store.
What's your service turnaround if my bike needs repair?
Our target for warranty and repair work is 5–7 business days from drop-off. We'll give you a realistic estimate at the time of booking — not silence while your bike sits in a queue. For minor adjustments (brakes, gears, tyre pressure), same-day or next-day service is usually available in-store.
Where should I buy a DiroDi Rover in Brisbane?
NG Mobility is Brisbane's authorised DiroDi retailer. We're the only local Brisbane business offering test rides, ReadyRide assembly, local warranty handling, and in-person support for DiroDi owners. You can also buy direct from DiroDi online, but if local service and support matter to you, we're the right choice.
Does NG Mobility cover the DiroDi warranty?
DiroDi's manufacturer warranty applies to all bikes regardless of where you buy them. Buying from NG Mobility adds our retailer layer: we'll receive your bike for warranty assessment, liaise with DiroDi on your behalf, and manage the repair or replacement process. Under Australian Consumer Law, you also have statutory consumer guarantee rights that apply independently of the manufacturer's warranty.
