When does the Black Friday sale run?

Our Black Friday sale runs in November, with the main event falling on Friday 27 November 2026. Discounts apply to selected products including DiroDi e-bikes, HX scooters, and accessories. Stock is limited during sale events, so buying early is smarter than waiting to see if something sells out.

Do Black Friday discounts apply to all products?

Selected products are discounted, not the entire store. The collection page shows what's currently on offer. If something you want isn't listed, check back closer to the sale date as new items are added throughout the event.

Are warranty and returns the same during Black Friday?

Yes. Warranty and return policies work exactly the same during Black Friday as at any other time. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also apply regardless of the promotional price you paid.

Can I still get ReadyRide assembly on a Black Friday e-bike?

ReadyRide is still available for eligible DiroDi purchases in QLD, NSW, ACT, and VIC during Black Friday. Add it at checkout when you order and your bike will arrive fully assembled and ready to ride.

Will Black Friday prices return after the sale?

Black Friday is time-limited and the discounted pricing typically doesn't come back after the event closes. If you're considering a purchase and something is already marked down, it's safer to lock it in than to wait.
