State-specific configuration

Queensland: dedicated 48V configuration. Other eligible states: 52V. Supplied with a 250W motor, 250W maximum continuous rated power, motor assistance limited to 25 km/h, throttle assistance limited to 6 km/h and an anti-tamper display. Confirm your exact supplied configuration with our team.

Queensland labelling: Murf bikes are not currently EN 15194 labelled. NG Mobility is arranging the applicable labelling pathway for eligible Queensland customers. The EPAC Assurance Scheme requires eligible legacy bikes manufactured before 1 July 2026 to pass an authorised verifier’s assessment. A successful assessment provides a Legacy EPAC label, not EN 15194 certification. The transition ends 28 February 2027, with a compliance label required for public use from 1 March 2027. Confirm your bike’s eligibility and arrangements before ordering. Official Queensland guidance.

Delivery from NG Mobility

Optional paid ReadyRide fully assembled delivery is available to eligible addresses. Standard boxed delivery requires assembly. Local delivery is available for all four Murf models within the eligible area, using the same service criteria as our DiroDi range. Delivery charges and regional restrictions apply. Check ReadyRide coverage · Shipping and delivery terms.

Fit, passengers and accessories

Speak with our Brisbane team about rider fit and your intended carrying setup. Passenger use requires the manufacturer-approved seating, restraints, foot protection and load ratings for your exact model. A cargo rack alone does not establish passenger suitability.
