How it works

1. Locate the same product at a lower advertised price on an Australian website.
2. Email the live link and a screenshot to contact@ngmobility.com.au.
3. We verify the price within one business day (Monday to Friday).
4. If the request meets the conditions below, we match the price and apply it to your order.

Conditions

• The product must be identical in brand, model, colour, and specifications.
• The advertised price must be from an authorised Australian retailer.
• The product must be in stock and ready to ship at the competing retailer.
• Clearance items, auction listings, and third-party marketplace sellers are excluded.
• Price match requests must be made before purchase.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights. The change-of-mind conditions below do not apply to faulty goods or goods supplied in error.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

If a product is faulty, does not match its description, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@ngmobility.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs or video. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid claims and provide the remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law: for major failures, your choice of refund or replacement; for minor failures, repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns (30 days)

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:

• new, unused, and in original packaging;
• accompanied by proof of purchase; and
• returned within 30 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons:

• helmets, knee and elbow guards, and bags, once used or with tags or seals removed;
• personal items such as underwear and socks; and
• customised or modified products.

Please check your order on delivery and confirm you have received the correct items before use, as change-of-mind returns require the product to be unused.

How to return a product

1. Email contact@ngmobility.com.au with your order number.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within one business day.
3. Pack the product securely with all accessories and mark the RMA number on the box.
4. Send the parcel by tracked post. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. We cover reasonable return shipping for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are made in full to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

DiroDi Rover reservation offer — Black Friday & Christmas 2026

Reserve with $350. Pay the balance within 30 days. We store your bike free until your agreed dispatch or collection date.

These terms apply to new DiroDi Rover orders placed using the advertised reservation offer from 16 October 2026. Earlier orders retain the terms agreed when they were placed. All amounts are in Australian dollars.

Your deposit and remaining balance

The $350 deposit is part of your bike's purchase price, not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of the deposit payment, even if you choose a later dispatch date. Your order confirmation records your selected model, price and payment arrangement. Dispatch or collection takes place only after payment in full. Payment collection follows the authorisation given at checkout.

Free storage and your preferred dispatch date

We hold your reserved bike at no storage charge until the dispatch or collection date agreed with you. Tell us your preferred date and we will confirm the arrangement, taking account of stock availability and the selected delivery service. Contact us to arrange a change of date.

A dispatch date is the date the bike leaves us, not the date it arrives. Christmas arrival is not guaranteed by making a reservation. Delivery eligibility, assembly options and any delivery charges remain as shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Free storage does not include an upgrade to free assembled or express delivery.

Black Friday price protection — store credit

If NG Mobility's advertised Black Friday 2026 price for the same Rover model and specification is lower than the bike price on your qualifying reservation order, we will issue NG Mobility store credit equal to the price difference. This applies whether your remaining balance has already been paid or is still due.

The difference is provided as store credit for a future NG Mobility purchase. It is not a cash refund or a deduction from the remaining balance, which remains payable within 30 days. This protection relates to NG Mobility's own Black Friday bike price, not a competitor's price. The exact Black Friday offer dates will be announced separately. Contact us with your order number so we can confirm and arrange the credit.

Cancellation and your deposit

The $350 reservation deposit is non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellation, to the extent permitted by law. The previous 48-hour change-of-mind cancellation window does not apply to new orders under this Rover reservation offer. If we cannot supply your reserved bike, we will refund the payments made for it. Any statutory right to a refund, including under the Australian Consumer Law, continues to apply.

Where lay-by legislation applies to an arrangement, its cancellation and refund requirements take priority: any termination fee must have been disclosed and must not exceed our reasonable costs. We will not retain a deposit where doing so would be unlawful or an unfair penalty.
