Murf Higgs Cargo: a compact-wheel cargo option
The Higgs Cargo combines 20-inch fat tyres, seven-speed gearing and an extended rear cargo platform. It is worth considering when errands and extra carrying space are part of your routine. Check approved passenger accessories and the supplied load limits before planning a family setup.
Murf Alpha Cargo: larger wheels and carrying space
The Alpha Cargo pairs a long rear cargo platform with 26-inch fat tyres and seven-speed gearing. Compare it with Higgs Cargo to see which wheel format and fit suit you. Alpha Cargo is excluded from packaged ReadyRide delivery because of its dimensions; eligible local assembled delivery remains available.
Murf Higgs ST: step-through access

Murf Gigi: easygoing cruiser style
The Gigi brings a more traditional cruiser look to the range. Consider it for everyday local trips where comfort and style matter. Gigi is currently unavailable in NSW.

Queensland and NSW: choose the correct configuration
NG Mobility’s Queensland supply uses a dedicated 48V configuration. A 52V configuration is offered in other eligible states. The confirmed supply specification is a 250W motor with 250W maximum continuous rated power, pedal assistance limited to 25 km/h, throttle assistance limited to 6 km/h and an anti-tamper display. These figures alone do not establish certification or every state’s eligibility.
Queensland labelling and the EPAC Assurance Scheme
Queensland Murf bikes are not currently EN 15194 labelled. NG Mobility is arranging the applicable labelling pathway for eligible bikes. Queensland’s EPAC Assurance Scheme covers eligible legacy bikes manufactured before 1 July 2026 and assessed by an authorised verifier. A successful assessment results in a Legacy EPAC label, rather than EN 15194 certification. The transition ends on 28 February 2027; a compliance label is required for public use from 1 March 2027. Newer bikes have different requirements.

NSW availability
Higgs ST, Higgs Cargo and Alpha Cargo are the Murf models offered for eligible NSW customers; Gigi is excluded. Check the supplied model’s compliance information and current NSW e-bike requirements before choosing your bike. We do not represent one configuration as automatically suitable in every Australian state.
Delivery: boxed, local or ReadyRide
Local delivery is available for all four models within the eligible area. ReadyRide is an optional paid fully assembled delivery service for eligible Higgs ST, Higgs Cargo and Gigi orders; packaged ReadyRide does not cover Alpha Cargo. Standard boxed delivery requires assembly. Address, model and service restrictions apply.
